Dr. Conny Williams is currently the Dean and Administrator of Cohen Institute and International College of Bible Theology in St. Louis, Missouri. She has received her Doctorate in Philosophy with an emphasis in Teaching and Theology from International Seminary of Bible Theology in Sikeston, Missouri. Dr. Conny's vision is to be a part of the joining of the sticks of Judah and Ephraim mentioned in the Book of Ezekiel chapter 37. She has a strong desire to link Christian's back to their Judaic roots in order to come closer to understanding and knowing our Lord Jesus Christ the Messiah, who is a Jew, who lived a Jewish live and taught from a Hebraic perspective. Driven by the prompting of God to excel in Wisdom she has passion to bring the greatest potential in her students to the surface in the hopes to produce Master Teachers.
Her degrees include: Honorary Doctorate in Divinity (given by her peers for a lifelong dedication to the ministry of God). Ph.D. in Religious Studies (with emphasis in Teaching and Theology). Th. D. in Theology (with emphasis in Teaching and Administration). Master's Degree in Pastoral Studies (with emphasis in Teaching and Research).
Dr. Walter Oakley, P.H.D.
Dr. Walter Oakley is the founder of Beth El Ministries. Dr. Walter is a graduate of Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology.
During his years of ministry, he has written and co-written Bible courses for: American Mission Teams, International College of Bible Theology, Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology and Colorado Theological Seminary.
Dr. Walter has been researching the Hebrew Heritage of the Church from First Century perspective for many years. Over the past 20 years, he has felt the commission from God to once again reconcile the Jew and the Gentile into one body. Taking the Prophecy of Zechariah 8:23 as the standard by which he teaches; he tries to give Christianity today a look at what it was like when Jesus (Yeshua) walked the land of Israel. However, Dr. Walter is well balanced in Biblical doctrines and teachings.
In the recent past, Dr. Walter has been active, along with other scholars, in doing research for the rebuilding of the third Temple. He has made several trips to Israel and spent many hours researching the pattern of the Second Temple period. Dr. Walter Oakley is currently involved in a research project with other scholar, which looks at the Nazarene Codicil (New Testament) Lectionary, as it would have been read during the First Century. He is currently translating the book of Mark so that it can be translated back into the Mishnaic Hebrew of the First Century. This project looks at the lectionary of the Torah (Five books of Moses) from a triennial reading schedule (31/2 years). Dr. Walter Oakley works from the thesis that the book of Mark was read in conjunction with the triennial Torah lectionary in the first century
