Dr. Conny Williams was born and raised in an atheist home in Frankfurt Germany. She came to the United States in 1983 were she made her home with her four children, Jeanie, Andre, Dominique and Melchizedek. In 1985 Dr. Conny found the Lord in a small Church of God in Christ located in Centralia, Illinois. Some years later God called her into the ministry.
Dr. Conny Williams founded House of Prayer to all Nation in 1993 and pastored there until 2003. She enrolled in International College of Bible Theology and received her Masters in Pastoral Studies and her Doctorate in Theology. In 2002 the Lord ordered her steps once again and lead her to the St. Louis area to start a satellite of International College of Bible Theology.
International College of Bible Theology - St. Louis was born were she serves as Dean and Administrator. The satellite has since been accredited by ACI . Today Dr. Conny Williams lives with her youngest son in St. Louis and she has received an Honorary Doctorate from her peers in Divinity. She is also the founder of Cohen Institute a graduate program in Judaic/Christian studies.
